Youville Place has 92 bright, spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom and shower (designed with ease of mobility in mind), a kitchenette with a microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer, closets, carpeting and window treatments, and heat and air conditioning controls. Each apartment also has an emergency pull cord that will automatically call for help when used.
Residents decorate their apartments with their own furnishings and personal items.
Our building is located on 12+ acres of rolling green grass, and lush gardens. Our close proximity to Lexington Center, Massachusetts Ave., and Rte.2, makes us easy to get to, and affords easy access to shops and cultural resources.

The all inclusive monthly fee varies by apartment, and ranges from $4500 to $5275 for studio apartments and $5000 to $6250 for one bedroom apartments
Studio apartments vary in size between 329 and 413 square feet.
One bedroom apartments also vary by size between 414 and 614 square feet.

Respite/Short term residency
Respite (short-term) stays are often available, subject to availability. A short-term stay is often a great resource for someone needing assisted living quickly following a traumatic event such as a fall or an illness. A resident can move directly into one of our fully furnished and outfitted studio apartments upon discharge from a rehab or hospital. A respite stay can also be used to provide a family care provider with a much needed break.
Linens, towels, toiletries, and cable TV and phone service are included in the daily fee. All services and amenities included in the monthly fee for long term residents are also included.
Daily rate/$200 day – 30 day minimum. A second person fee of $50/day applies to couples.

Subsidized Availability
A limited number of subsidized apartments are also available. These apartments are available to income qualified applicants. Youville Place has both low and moderate income programs available to support applicants or residents with limited resources.
