Each studio and one-bedroom apartment at Youville Place has a private bathroom and shower (designed with ease of mobility in mind), a kitchenette with a microwave oven and small refrigerator/freezer, closets, carpeting and window treatments, and heat and air conditioning controls. Each apartment also has an emergency pull cord that will automatically call for help when used.
Residents provide their own furnishings and linens.
In addition to beautiful common areas such as the dining room, library, game room and community room, throughout our building are many common areas that residents may use for entertaining visitors, reading the paper, or having a quiet conversation. There are “Country Kitchens” as well, that allow residents who are so inclined, to take advantage of the resources of a full kitchen.
Youville Place has a pet policy allowing small dogs and cats. Residents must be able to care for their pets, and make necessary back-up plans in the event that they are unable to manage, or are out of the building for an extended period.
Month long leases are available for those times when residents are unable to make arrangements for a move, following a hospitalization, or when staying at Youville as a respite.
