The fees associated with residency at Youville Place are as follows:
- $3,000.00 one time Community Fee prior to signing the Residency Agreement
- First month’s rent (prorated for lease date) upon signing the Residency Agreement
- Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent upon signing the Residency Agreement
Studio apartments start at $4,500.00
1 bedroom apartments start at $4,850.00
2nd person fee $1,200.00/month
Respite stay at $200.00/day / Second person fee $50/per month
