Moving to Youville Place
Youville Place offers support and guidance through each step of the move-in process. You can arrange for a tour by calling 781-861-3535, or emailing us. Wellness Nurse meets with the prospective resident, may call to consult with the applicant’s physician, and in some cases, meets with the family to complete the assessment. Once complete, this assessment becomes the first step in the development of a resident’s individualized service plan.
Move-In Paperwork
Once the assessment is complete, the Residency Agreement or lease is signed. Along with this, the new resident provides the following:
1. A check made out to Youville Place for the pro-rated fee for first month’s rent.
2. A check equal to one month’s rent, which serves as the security deposit. This is returned with accrued interest at the termination of the Residency Agreement if no damage has been done to the apartment.
Move-In
Youville Place assists with the coordination of the resident’s move-in and supports the resident throughout the transition to assisted living. The special attention given by staff to each new resident plays a major role in their integration into the community.
