As part of our mission to offer compassionate care to those in need, we are able to provide some subsidized options to income-eligible seniors, who qualify.
Youville Place has 10 moderate income apartments, along with 10 low income apartments. Subject to availability, these slots are open to applicants from the community, as well as our own residents, who may require a subsidized situation after private paying for many years.
