Research tells us that this connection is critical to health and well being. Our own experience shows us that a positive outlook and a healthy attitude can go a long way toward improving how our bodies heal and function. For our residents at Youville Place, we don’t leave this connection to chance. Our regularly scheduled programs connect residents to activities supporting these areas on a regular basis. Residents can be strengthening and improving balance while they lift their spirits or build confidence.
