Friends of Youville Assisted Living
Over the years, the trusted name of Youville has become synonymous with excellence, quality, and a caring community. The following resources are valued friends of the Youville communities, offering special support and services to our residents and families.
For Professionals
Youville Assisted Living is a trusted resource for you and your patients/clients. The twenty-four hour a day support, assistance with health care management, medication reminders and personal care are vital to the well-being of individuals needing these services to assure continued good health. Please call for additional information and to discuss how Youville’s specialized approach to each individual’s needs can be of assistance to your patients. A member of the Youville team is always available to respond to your inquiries, meet with you and plan a smooth transition for individuals needing assisted living services. In most circumstances, Youville can provide assisted living accommodations upon request. Whether your client is considering a next step after a hospitalization or rehab stay, or beginning to explore alternative living options for the longer term, Youville can offer a safe, comfortable solution in a vibrant community.
When a quick transition is needed until a longer term solution is decided upon, a respite or short-term stay can be the solution. A respite lease includes a fully furnished apartment along with an all-inclusive service package. This package includes three nutritious meals daily, housekeeping and laundry support along with personal care assistance, cable TV and phone service.
Longer-term residency is also available. This type of lease includes the service package as well. Residents furnish their private apartments with their own cherished belongings, provide their own linens and towels, and contract for their own cable and phone service. All residents are able to enjoy a varied calendar of programs designed to stimulate residents in mind, body and spirit. Programs also include regular trips and outings.
Any resources that can be brought into the home such as visiting nurse agencies (VNA), physical therapy, occupational therapy or home-health support, are also welcome at Youville.
Youville partners with healthcare providers to reduce hospital readmissions by offering a supportive environment following a hospitalization, medication reminders, nutritious meals, personal assistance, 24-hour on-site, awake staffing, and access to transportation.
